Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By purchasing any of our services (website packages, memberships, maintenance, or add-ons), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website.

2. Website Packages
2.1 Payment & Pricing
All website package prices are listed as one-time payments, unless otherwise agreed.
Discounts for memberships apply only to website renewals, not initial purchases.
Additional features (pages, SEO, etc.) will be charged separately.
Payments must be made in full before work begins unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
2.2 Website Development Process
Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, videos, branding assets, etc.) within the agreed timeframe.
We will provide one major revision phase after the initial draft. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Websites will be designed based on the client’s specifications, with basic SEO included.
2.3 Hosting & Domains
Hosting is included in the website package; however, domain names must be purchased separately by the client.
If the client chooses to host elsewhere, we are not responsible for server downtime, security breaches, or performance issues.
If a client chooses to transfer their website to an external hosting provider, a migration fee may apply. Additionally, any fees paid for website development, setup, and hosting services are non-refundable, regardless of future hosting decisions.
2.4 Ongoing Maintenance & Updates
Clients will not have backend access; all updates and edits must go through our team.
Maintenance plans are non-cumulative—unused updates do not roll over to the next month.
If the client wishes to have backend access to their site, a one-time developer service fee will be applied. By obtaining backend access, the client assumes responsibility for managing and making future changes to the site. This includes updates, troubleshooting, and any additional modifications beyond the initial setup. Please note that our team will no longer be responsible for any future maintenance or changes once access is granted.
2.5 Cancellations & Refunds
Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
If the project is delayed due to client inaction (e.g., failure to provide content), we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project.
2.6 Renewals & Ongoing Services
Website packages are billed as an annual service. To maintain website functionality, security, and hosting, clients must renew their package each year at the standard renewal price unless eligible for a membership discount. Renewal reminders will be sent in advance, and failure to renew may result in website suspension.

3. Membership Packages
3.1 Subscription & Payments
Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
Payments are due monthly and must be made via our accepted payment methods.
Discounts on website renewals apply only after 3 months of active membership.
3.2 Membership Benefits
Each membership tier offers specific benefits, which cannot be transferred or substituted.
Some benefits are subject to availability (e.g., consultations, events, business listings).
3.3 Cancellations & Refunds
Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be given for partial months.
If a member downgrades their membership, changes will apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Additional Services & Add-Ons
4.1 SEO Services
Basic SEO is included in website packages, but Advanced SEO is an optional add-on.
SEO results depend on search engine algorithms; we cannot guarantee specific rankings.
4.2 Pay-As-You-Go Updates
Clients without a maintenance plan can request updates at set per-update rates.
Major website changes (new pages, redesigns, etc.) require a custom quote.
4.3 Price Matching Policy
We offer price matching if the competitor provides an equivalent service with similar features.
The competitor must be a verified business, and the price match does not apply to promotional or temporary discounts.

5. Liability & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for business losses due to website downtime, SEO performance, or technical issues beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content (images, text, branding) does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
